Bookings
The sophisticated scheduling system accommodates multiple tee-off points, three loops of nine courses and crossover times are automatically calculated to eliminate double bookings. Green fee charges based on membership type, guests, visitor and resident rates.
Society Bookings
Group bookings are effortless and there is the option of adding retail, food and beverage items to bills, if requested. Buggies, lockers and other additional items can be added at the point of sale.
Pro-shop Sales
Sales performance and stock movement is automatically tracked through the integrated point of sale system. Premier Golf enables you to analyse retail sales by staff member, supplier and product group.
Reporting
The manager application provides full audit and reporting capabilities. Allowing the users to administer the stock control and membership database.
Memberships
Premier Golf manages your membership fees including pro-rota, annual and monthly. Allowing for various categories of membership with predetermined charges/discounts, including green fee rates.
Stock Management
Premier Golf stock control system generates purchase orders based on units sold. An audit of sales, deliveries and stock takes is available enabling any variances to be monitored.
Marketing
To increase your business awareness the marking suite links directly to Microsoft office to send documents/emails and SMS to members, guests, visitors and residents based on predetermined criteria.
Configuration
Premier Golf can be full customised to meet the requirements of your club, including course management, society packages and staff setup. The flexibility of the system allows you to change the system to meet the ever changing needs of the market place.
Fixtures
The year’s fixtures can be published as part of the configuration to prevent double bookings of societies and tee-off’s.

The seasons can be predetermined as part of the course setup allowing for varying rates and opening times.
